About Kaylah & Happy Healthy You
Hello, my name is Kaylah, and I have been a girl scout for 13 years now.
I have always loved volunteering and finding different ways to give back to the community. When the world went into lockdown, I, like many ,faced a battle with my own mental health. The lack of motivation was a constant barrier , and I saw my friends and loved ones struggling with the same weight.
It was in maneuvering my own challenges that I realized I became a source of strength for others . By sharing my own journey, I started reaching out to lend a hand, whether it was just listening or by encouraging others to keep pushing through the isolation.This inspired me to take action.
That’s what led me to create “Happy Healthy You,” a platform where teens can find positive affirmations and supportive community, with the guidance or their parents or guardians.
In my free time , I enjoy spending time in nature, reading , writing, playing the piano, listening to music, and watching anime. I’m also still active in volunteering and love finding new ways to give back.
